The Advanced Mill course builds on the foundational Mill Essentials course and focuses on 3D Mill concepts and techniques. Toolpaths covered include Dynamic OptiRough, Hybrid, Surface Rough Parallel, Area Mill, Flowline, Waterline, Scallop, Pencil, Dynamic OptiRest, and Equal Scallop. This is a 2-day instructor led course with a maximum class size of 10 students.
This 3-day class expands on our Mill & Essentials Training Class into a fully hands-on session where attendees will be able to observe the machining of the parts they design and toolpath within Mastercam. This is a true end-to-end training class where attendees will design a part, discuss & develop machining strategies, lay down toolpaths, generate G-Code, and finally observe that part being cut on the machine. The class will be held at the Haas Factory Outlet in Tampa, FL and is limited to only 10 attendees with 2 Mastercam instructors.Â

The Multiaxis course builds on the Advanced concepts outlined our Mill Advanced course and adds in 4/5-axis programming. Topics covered, but not limited to, Multisurface 4/5-axis roughing and finishing, stock model awareness, tilt axis limits, and advanced gouge checking. The class format will be a combination of instructor led modules and hands-on student exercises. This is a 2-day instructor led course with a maximum class size of 10 students.
