Mastercam Mill & Lathe Essentials Training
The Mill & Lathe Essentials course is our combination foundational course for milling & turning operations. The course introduces you to the Mastercam interface, teaches how to the use the system managers, toolpath generation, backplot, verify, and the generation of G-code. The class format will be a combination of instructor led modules and hands-on student exercises. This is a 3-day instructor led course with a maximum class size of 10 students.
Day 1 & 2 (Sample)
- Mastercam user interface overview
- Mill 2D wireframe creation
- Mill 2D toolpaths including face, contour, drill, pocket, and more
- Mill 2D dynamic toolpaths
Day 3 (Sample)
- Setting up Lathe machine
- Orientation and planes for turning operations.
- 2D lathe toolpaths including Face, rough, finish, drills; including face drilling and boring.
- OD and ID roughing and finishing

Mastercam Class Tuition and Terms:
- Cost: $1200
- Terms: 50% due within 1 week of registration. Balance due 1 week before class begins.
