Mastercam Mill & Lathe Essentials PRACTICAL
This 3-day class expands on our Mill & Essentials Training Class into a fully hands-on session where attendees will be able to observe the machining of the parts they design and toolpath within Mastercam. This is a true end-to-end training class where attendees will design a part, discuss & develop machining strategies, lay down toolpaths, generate G-Code, and finally observe that part being cut on the machine. The class will be held at the Haas Factory Outlet in Tampa, FL and is limited to only 10 attendees with 2 Mastercam instructors.
Day 1 & 2 (Sample)
- Mastercam user interface overview
- Mill 2D wireframe creation
- Mill 2D toolpaths including face, contour, drill, pocket, and more
- Mill 2D/3D dynamic toolpaths
- Observe the machining of designed parts
Day 3 (Sample)
- Setting up Lathe machine
- Orientation and planes for turning operations.
- 2D lathe toolpaths including Face, rough, finish, drills; including face drilling and boring.
- OD and ID roughing and finishing

Mastercam Class Tuition and Terms:
- Cost: $1900
- Terms: 50% due within 1 week of registration. Balance due 1 week before class begins.
- Payment Method: Credit card over the phone. POs considered on a case by case basis.
